The High Society has one main goal, make our customers happy. If a product is unsatisfactory, does not meet expectation, or does not live up to its name, we want to hear from you.
However, refunds are our last course of action in trying to satisfy our customers. Our first course of action is to help our customers find a replacement product which would suit their needs.
In order for us to refund a customer, the customer must have received a damaged product and does not desire a replacement. Or, the customer must have tried a replacement product, and has been completely dissatisfied with all the products they've tried from The High Society.
Returns/Replacements
We gladly take returns or will process replacements for any product that is deemed damaged or defective.
